What I’ve learned in 2019

Since the beginning of 2018, I’ve been pushing a new location-focused social network called Clava fulltime (we’re finally about to launch). During this journey, I’ve taught myself a lot just like any other Entrepreneur would. I wanted to talk about what I’ve been able to accomplish and more importantly what I’ve learned this year + how I’m utilizing those skills so that I can continue to do what’s important to me.

Work for myself.

In 2018 I fell in love with designing and throughout the year I started learning how to improve my design skillset. I started sharing my work on all my social platforms and before I knew it I had people reaching out to me asking if I could help design their website/app ideas!

I didn’t even know it, but I was creating another side business on top of the business I was already pushing. After dealing with a couple of clients I realized I could be bringing in more money if I could find a way to build these products on my own.

The only issue is I would have to know how to code which is difficult because coding takes a while to learn.

Could there be another solution?
