Loved this article, reading it reminded me of my startup. In January we had one dev and now we have five. I wanted to get developers on the team that believed in our vision and what we are doing. I think what some of them love the most is that they can work on it 15–20 hours a week and still have a major impact on the product since most of them are adding new pages/features.

Everyones working on their time until we can start making more cash/get funded. Wouldn’t trade my team for anything, always looking to get others on board… do you have anyone that might be interested?

We’re using React Native frontend, Firebase on the backend.
